Even though we believe that the correct organisation of the network, the choice of products, the extent of the ranges, the size of the shops and even competitiveness are the basis of an effective, dynamic brand, there is something else that stands above all of these: our mindset. In our shops, there are no salespeople with plastic smiles and formatted politeness. There's Tony, Rachel, Laetitia, Yann and the rest, men and women who have a name, a first name even, a face, experience, expertise and, above all, passion, that they will share with you 100%. It is not rare to see them taking a cup of coffee with a customer at the side of an arena, making a journey in the evening to try out a saddle at the customer's home, or even gurgling with baby, a future rider in a romper suit, to help mum choose his reins... With us, not everything is about the marketing strategy but simply about the magic of a passion, and this comes naturally. This is illustrated by a thousand and one examples, experienced by our customers, friends or customers' friends, amateurs or professionals, show jumpers, three-day eventers, dressage riders, horse ball or trekking, passionate riders all from 4 to 77 years of age... All this is the PADD mindset. And this is what we are most proud of sharing with you.

Complying with the requirements of riders, all riders, whether beginners or professionals, whatever their level or discipline, this is what we aim to do. To put this policy of ambitious choice into practice, we owe it to ourselves to remain in touch with the very changeable horse riding market, to stay up to date with the latest ranges and product innovations. ìWhen I need a girth, a bit or protective equipment, I know exactly what I want. And so as not to waste any time, I go to PADD, where I only have to bump into Rachel for us to strike up a conversation about the most recent competition and generally set the world to rights...
