Panic rubber tie

Description :
Thick black rubber with one ring at each end on which you can fit the snaps of your choice (for instance a quick release panic snap for the headcollar and a spring hook for the ring. Ideal to attach horses that have the tendancy to panic thanks to its elasticity which doesn't put up the same resistance as normal ties. Length not stretched about 45 cm.
