Description

Made from stainless steel with a leather-covered hollow mouthpiece, the Metalab Leather-covered Eggbutt Bit is very popular with horses sensitive to cold or metal.

Always at room temperature, leather is less aggressive than metal.

Encouraging chewing and contact, the Metalab Leather-covered Eggbutt Bit helps to relax the horse's mouth.

Its thick mouthpiece makes it a very soft bit.

Maintenance tips

Rinse with clean water after each use until no residue remains.

Do not use if the bit is damaged or rusty.

Oil the leather regularly with a vegetable oil to keep the leather supple.
