Sarcoids are the most common skin tumours in horses.

They are benign skin tumours of viral origin and are generally very localised (mainly limbs, head, neck and sheath).

In addition to being unaesthetic, they are often misplaced, can interfere with tack or suffer trauma, ulceration and infection.

Rekor Sx Creme dermatological cream is a real revolution in the treatment of sarcoids.

Rekor Sx Creme dermatological cream is an all-natural ointment that will help the immune system to eradicate small and large sarcoids.

The application of sanguinaria canadensis (the main active ingredient in SX) to the sarcoid causes the body's immune system to react and reject the "atypical" cells.

The reaction induced by the application of the product may result in the appearance of pus and can be associated with an inflammatory reaction that leads to the destruction of the tumour.

Rekor Sx Creme dermatological cream does not contain any substances that may contravene FFE, FEI and racing regulations.

Instructions for use

On sarcoids that cannot be covered with a dressing : Apply SX daily for 5 days and observe the immune response.

The sarcoid gradually changes, dries out and eventually falls off.

If the sarcoid does not completely disappear after the first application, a further 5-day application may be necessary.

On sarcoids that can be covered with a dressing : Apply a SX layer up to few mm thick and cover with a dressing.

After 5 days, remove the dressing.

The sarcoid appears inflamed and sometimes painful.

A thick dry crust has formed which should be ready to fall off.

If the scab does not appear to fall off within 7 days, reapply SX a second time.

NB: Always wait at least one week between each 5-day application period, as the body's immune response continues to evolve.

Irritating to mucous membranes.

In case of contact, rinse well with clean water.

Wash hands after application.

Store at room temperature.

Keep out of reach of children.
