The Absorbine Ultrashield Flymask without ears and nose guard is availible with removable nose.

Our newest fly mask design had already set the new standard for fly masks, keeping horses cool, dry, and comfortable using high-tech fabrics originally developed for human performance clothing.

Now we’ve upped the ante again with a number of upgrades:

  • Horse-size mask now available with a removable nose to provide extended coverage and full-face protection from insects and the sun
  • Wider velcro closure at jowl to help keep the mask secure
  • New angle to eye darts increases protection around the eyes
  • Additional coating added to mesh for enhanced durability
  • Doubled seams for greater tear-resistance.

Our UltraShield® Fly Masks feature an advanced, comfort-fit design that helps them stay put with two-way controlled stretch fabric on the crown and jowl, extended fabric behind the ears, and a strong double-locking hook and loop closure.

Their rolled inner seams prevent rubs and irritation.

Size guide

The only difference between a pony and a horse is size.
According to the International Equestrian Federation, an equine measuring less than 1.48 meters, not shod, is considered a pony. If it measures more than 1.48 meters, it is classified as a horse.
The pony category is divided into 4 sub-categories based on their height at the withers, not shod.
Category A = height less than 1.07 meters
Category B = height between 1.08 and 1.30 meters
Category C = height between 1.31 and 1.40 meters
Category D = height between 1.41 and 1.48 meters
