NAF Electro Lytes Liquid Complementary feed

Ideal for optimising the recovery of horses after work or during hot weather, NAF Electro Lytes solution compensates for the loss of mineral salts caused by sweating.

When horses are working, or during the hot season, they regulate their body temperature by sweating.

During perspiration, not only is fluid lost through evaporation, but also essential salts for the body, in particular sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Failure to replace these organic salts (known as electrolytes) can lead to fatigue.

With its easy-to-use liquid formula, NAF Electro Lytes Electrolyte Solution is designed to replace the 4 essential body salts that may be lost through exercise, sweating or hot weather.

Very practical, palatable and non-doping, it is simply added to the feed or diluted in a bucket of water available to the horse.

For horses in harder work or during periods of extreme heat, use ElectroSalts which will be more concentrated, always ensuring that a clean, fresh supply of water is available at all times.

Directions for use

Shake bottle well before use.

1L represents 33 days of use as a maintenance cure.

Give as a cure by adding to the daily ration or administer by mouth syringe.

Horse

Peak performance (1-3 days): 90 ml per day.

Competition (1-3 days): 60 ml per day.

Maintenance: 30 ml per day.

Pony 

Competition (1-3days): 30 to 60 ml per day.

Maintenance: 15 to 30 ml per day.
