Description

Double jointed with an oval center piece for extra comfort, the Metalab double jointed Gag Bit is ideal for horses that tend to lean heavily on the hand.

More comfortable than a single jointed bit because it doesn't hit the roof of the mouth, it adapts to the shape of the horse's mouth and encourages relaxation.

By encouraging the horse to shift its weight onto its hindquarters and raise its withers, the Metalab double jointed Gag Bit helps to balance horses on their shoulders.

This bit can be used with 1 or 2 pairs of reins or with Pelham rings to vary its effect according to the horse's needs.

Made from stainless steel, the Metalab double jointed Gag Bit has solid barrels.
