The EQUITHÈME Wings lamé helmet combines performance with elegance and features MIPS* technology, providing optimal safety in case of a fall.

Adjustable, breathable, and durable, this riding helmet includes a removable, washable inner padding for easy maintenance.

The MIPS technology is a patented system developed over nearly 20 years of research to enhance brain protection. The primary goal of the MIPS system is to reduce the risk of traumatic brain injuries from oblique or rotational impacts by incorporating an extra layer inside the helmet, between the outer shell and the inner liner.

This layer allows relative movement between the rider’s head and the helmet during an angled impact. MIPS absorbs impact energy by enabling the skull to slide along the inner shell, mimicking the function of cerebrospinal fluid in which our brain “floats.” This helps dissipate rotational forces more effectively, reducing the brain’s risk of injury.

Lightweight and exceptionally comfortable, the EQUITHÈME Wings lamé helmet includes:

• An ABS shell that’s highly impact-resistant, even in extreme temperatures
• A high-density EPS (expanded polystyrene) inner shell that is lightweight with excellent shock-absorbing properties
• Integrated ventilation around the helmet’s front insert, plus hundreds of semi-circles embedded on the shell’s surface to improve shock absorption and allow excellent airflow through the front, rear, and center
• Moisture-wicking, removable, and washable inner padding
• A microfibre harness with a quick-release clip and a 4-point neck-hugging rear fastener
• An adjustment dial at the back of the helmet for a perfect fit
• Lightweight, ranging from 430 to 530 g depending on the size

Maintenance tips

Store your helmet in a clean, dry place at room temperature.

Prolonged exposure to sunlight or freezing temperatures can damage your helmet and reduce its effectiveness.

Hand-wash the inner padding.

Clean the outer shell regularly with a damp sponge.
