Description

The Sprenger Pelham Bit single jointed allows precise and effective action on the tongue, neck and lower jaw. 

This bit is regularly used with wedding rings or with 2 pairs of reins. 

The curb chain exerts extra pressure on the jaw, it is important to adjust it well (flat and in contact when the bit makes a 45° angle with the mouth). 

The Pelham Sprenger bit is a good mouthpiece to have a better control when jumping. 

The setting of the curb-chain makes it possible to dose the strengh of the action of the Pelham Sprenger - short shank.

It must lie flat, in contact and allow a 45° angle between the shanks and the axis of the mouth. 

Regularly used with pelham, the Pelham Sprenger bit - short shank will have a more precise action. 

Made of stainless steel, it is sold with its own curb-chain.
