Description
Specifically designed to ensure optimal safety for your horse, the EQUITHÈME Protector Halter features a leather breakaway tab engineered to release under heavy tension.
This innovative system allows the horse to break free if it pulls back or gets caught while wearing the halter, significantly reducing the risk of injury during tying, young horse training, or turnout.
For added comfort, the anatomical crownpiece and noseband are lined with Coolmax nylon, a breathable and soft material.
The EQUITHÈME Protector Halter is equipped with dark satin-finish hardware, embellished with the EQUITHÈME logo, adding a touch of elegance to this safety-focused design.
It pairs seamlessly with the lead rope of your choice and comes with a replacement breakaway tab, ensuring long-lasting and reliable use.

Size guide
The only difference between a pony and a horse is size.
According to the International Equestrian Federation, an equine measuring less than 1.48 meters, not shod, is considered a pony. If it measures more than 1.48 meters, it is classified as a horse.
The pony category is divided into 4 sub-categories based on their height at the withers, not shod.
Category A = height less than 1.07 meters
Category B = height between 1.08 and 1.30 meters
Category C = height between 1.31 and 1.40 meters
Category D = height between 1.41 and 1.48 meters
