Description

With its self-locking mouthpieces, the Pelham Sprenger Max-Control bit is ideal as a dressage or corrective bit.

With its locking system, its double jointed blocks beyond a certain angle and the double breakaway bit then acts as a straight bit.

As soon as the horse gives way and the tension in the reins is reduced, the double breakaway is articulated again.

The Pelham Sprenger Max-Control bit is perfectly suited for a horse with strength that goes against the hand.

This bit with its short shanks and curb chain acts simultaneously on the tongue, neck and lower jaw.

It can be used with pelham rings or 2 pairs of reins for more precision.

The curb chain must be placed flat, in contact and allow a 45° angle between the shanks and the axis of the mouth. 

The use of a brace protector is recommended to protect the sensitive bone of the lower jaw. 

The Pelham Sprenger Max-Control bit is made of stainless steel and is sold with the curb chain.

Rinse with clear water after each use until no residue remains. Do not use if the jaws are damaged, rusted, etc.
